I shouldn't have needed coolant refilled with only 17000 miles on the vehicle nor a engine filter replacement. This time it was obvious their goal was to add on services. I go there only so oil changes don't take all day waiting. They also forgot to reset the system after the oil change. But, I still saved time and paid hefty for it and the tech talked my ear off about his relationship issues.
