  Today I had the pleasure of being helped by the staff here, and they were incredible! As a female, I felt safe and genuinely taken seriously. If you’re considering getting your oil change here, do it! It was a bit busy, but I was in and out within 40 minutes. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, team!

  Excellent customer service! Wonderful experience. Very thorough and insured. Everything was done Correctly and the manager ensures that she touches every car and knows exactly what’s going on. From the Manager to the mechanics to the customer service job well done cannot recommend this place enough oh and the fact that it’s a drive-through car service super cool.!!!!!!

  I came to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil and filter service on my Honda Odyssey. During the visit, an employee told me my left rear tail light bulb was out and offered to replace it. I agreed, assuming this was a simple and safe repair. It was not. After leaving, I opened my trunk at home and discovered that the entire rear light area had been damaged during the bulb replacement. The interior plastic trim was broken and ripped out, panels were misaligned, and parts were loose. To make matters worse, the technician left a screwdriver inside my trunk. This damage did not exist before the visit. I returned the next day. Two employees apologized, took photos of the broken tail light area, and told me they would order the necessary replacement parts and call me to schedule the repair. I never received a call. No update. No follow-up. No accountability. An oil change should not result in body damage to your vehicle. A simple tail light bulb replacement should not involve broken plastic and forgotten tools inside a customer’s car. The real issue is not just the damage, but the complete lack of responsibility afterward. If you are considering Valvoline Instant Oil Change and care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend choosing a different service center.
