It turns my oil was installed incorrectly, now my car is saying that I have no oil. It must have leaked because now I have to get another oil change when I already spent the time and money at this location. I paid $150 for the oil change which is very high considering the hassle of getting this fixed. Will be going to my regular mechanic, takes a little longer but worth it.

I got an oil change here on October 6th, and a couple of weeks later my engine light came on because they installed the gasket incorrectly, causing an oil leak. I had no idea until my car started losing power. When I went back, they admitted it was their mistake but refused to take real responsibility or refund me. I sat there between 2:30 and 5:00 p.m. while employees walked around my car, talking to each other but never giving me updates or acknowledging me directly. I had to track down the manager myself just to get answers. Instead of owning up to their negligence, they tried to charge me again. This location is careless, dismissive, and clearly avoids accountability. They would rather gaslight their customers than make the moment right. Photos show the oil stains in my driveway and my engine light that came on shortly after their service.
