They have a lier schema where, at the end of an oil change, they claim the oil filter cap is too tight and they can't unscrew it for fear of breaking it. So, they don't change the filters at all. This happened two years ago when I went to them, and the same lie they said now. But the fact is, other service centers can easily unscrew it without any problems. But the $100 fuel system cleaning service really got me. They don't do anything that's supposed to clean the fuel system, they just pour $5 cleanser into your fuel tank. This is the ultimate in arrogance and customer deception.
