  Chris was able to help me fix my horn and other issues with no issue. He was very up front with what needed to be fixed and was understanding about not fixing things at that moment. He was just a friendly guy overall!

  Been going there for years. It's a great place to take your vehicle. The entire staff is so helpful and honest. Good prices too . I highly recommend them. Just make an appointment if you can, it will help. They are a busy shop.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service and Steve at 18092 S Tamiami Trl, Fort Myers, FL 33908 for their honesty and professionalism. I originally went to Val Ward Cadillac, where I was told I needed a new radiator. Before spending the money, I decided to get a second opinion and brought my vehicle to Tuffy’s Auto Service in Fort Myers. Steve ran a full pressure test on the radiator and cooling system, then called me personally to let me know there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. He could have easily replaced the radiator and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead he chose to be honest and transparent. That kind of integrity in the auto repair industry is rare these days. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic in Fort Myers, I highly recommend Tuffy Tire & Auto Service on South Tamiami Trail. Steve and his team truly care about their customers and do the right thing. Honest people are hard to find, and businesses like this deserve recognition. I couldn’t recommend them enough. ⭐ If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
