Was impressed with their online system to pick and choose what work had to be done and what could wait. Will use tuffys again! I booked an appointment online and when I arrived, I was greeted by Dustin at the counter and he got my vehicle in right away. After the inspection, Instead of just saying "you need new brakes" Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes and explained exactly what should be done now and why, and what could wait. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center! They earned my future business and I will be returning for all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance going forward.
