    Very poor customer service. I showed up because I was stuck in fort myers and needed to get to tampa, showed up to tuffys to see if they can patch it. Dude said they can’t they don’t have the tools for it, and he also said there machines were down so they couldn’t put my spare on for me. So then they watched me in their parking lot change my tire out myself. I don’t recommend this place, dude was a clown just wanted to get out of work

    Brought truck in on monday afternoon. Got estimate at 1:30pm. Told if it wasn't done that day, it would be done by tuesday morning. We were visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. We called at 10am and was told it was going to be done i n another two or three hours. It ended getting done at 4:30, we wasted two days of our vacation sitting in our hotel room. All that needed to be done was a new radiator and thermostat,plus hoses. We could have rented a car if we knew it would take that long. Poor communication between managers and us on service time. They did give us 100 dollars off to try to make up for all the problems we had. But it didn't make up for the two lost days of vacation.

    Since I moved to Ft Myers three years ago, I’ve been looking for an auto service center that I could trust. I’m so relieved to have found Tuffy! Hannah in customer service is so sweet & friendly. I love how I get a detailed report, with pictures, of recommended services. And I trust their pricing because other places I went to before them gave me higher estimates. Highly recommend

    I used to go to the dealership where I bought my car for maintenance and repairs. Now I go to Tuffy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They knew all about my previous service to my car without me even needing to recall (an impossible task for me!). They even informed me of a defect in my tire and that it should be under manufacturer warranty and how to address it. This is a business I will continue to patronize and recommend to others.
