Very deceptive sales tactics. Found a Jeep online, confirmed on their website. $44,090. Pre-Approved, talked to a guy in the store, drove 1 hour to get there and the 'fine print' said 'accessories added by dealer may increase price' but the photo online of this Jeep had ZERO enhancements and was the color I wanted. Price increased by $7000. Zero remorse on their side, poorly trained sales agents including Jorge whom I spoke with. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Thousands of cars for sale out there without giving them your money.

Shady sales tactics and not transparent on the price. Tried to speak to a manager and refused to transfer me.

Overpriced labor and parts charges. Try another Jeep dealer.

Stay away from this dealership “spot loans” My 21 year old son found a dodge truck at dodge Chrysler jeep and ram of Fruitland park. The finance guy kept pushing me to cosign. I reiterated that I was attempting to purchase a home. To our surprise our son finally got approved on his own. We were told because of the weekend, the dealer would call on Monday if they had any issues. One week later the salesman calls and states he’s sorry the loan wasn’t approved. What kind of bs is this. My wife and I now need to head over to the dealership eight days later. We are fuming by their dishonest tactics. The GM makes the mistake of telling me that he told his men that my son would need a cosigner. No remorse. The salesman and finance guy stuck it to my family anyway. There goes the idea of purchasing a home. These men couldn’t care less about anything other than a sale. From the GM JC to finance guy Vinny to salesperson Guido. I would give the dealership a negative zero if possible. Go to another dealership if you must purchase this type of vehicle. Stay away. The worst of the worst from the top down. Todd Senkel
