  I bought a 2020 ford explorer from them. While it’s not a dodge, jeep or ram, it still came with a transmission warranty and a couple free oil changes. Went in to get an oil change today and wow it was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and they even washed my car for me. Free hot dogs and soda while I waited in the lounge area too.

  Not important enough to get back with me. Had a question about the warranty on our 2021 Promaster the company has. The transmission went out at 89,000 miles and was wondering if it was still under warranty. So I called first and got the service department and they put me on hold for a bit then asked for my number and they would get back with me. Well I have an apple phone and it I set to send unrecognized numbers to voicemail automatically. Meaning I’ll miss the call. Well that’s exactly what happened. So I called back immediately. Well wash, rinse, repeat. Did the whole thing over again but after 30 minutes didn’t get a callback so I went through the chat process on the website. “ no one is available now can I get your number?”…. No I said and explained why. Well can I get your Email address he replied. So I gave the Email and as of 1 1/2 hrs later…. Nothing. Like I said must not be that important to them. Exactly why our company is strictly going with Toyota Trucks from now on. Going to pick one up within the next hour. All people want are straight answers not some runaround or just blow you off like you don’t matter. So the way I see it it’s not important to them how we move forward with this 2021 piece of scrap metal Promaster we have.

  On Black Friday this past year, we were introduced to one of the BEST salesmen for cars I've ever met! A man with integrity and personality. We want you all to know who will take care of you. His name is Cory and I believe this guy can sell ice to an Eskimo if needed! As far as service goes... Like anywhere else, the service side needs improvement. This rating is because of Cory though, he gave us a red carpet experience, and will do the same for the next individual. Go see Cory!
