I purchased a XXXX from here January 24th. It was all a joke from the beginning. The advertised price was $6819.00. I had been texting as I live an hour away to be sure what the total cost would be out the door before I drove an hour. I have saved i my texts from 352-that it was actually $6995 and that there would be a $1298 dealer fee, plus tag/title. I reiterated then $6995.00 plus 6.5% tax $454.68 plus dealer fee $1298.00, plus about $225 for DMV gets it to $8972.68. He tells me yes, that is very close. O my text, I asked for a 30 day warranty to be able to take to a mechanic ad he says "sounds good to me". So I decide for $8972.68 give or take, and a 30 day to get it checked out, I would like to go ahead and get and make the solid hour driver from Apopka. Then it's all down hill from there. They want to charge me a thousand dollars because I am not trading in (which he already knew), and another $1500 for a ridiculous package. And no 30 day warranty as was told. The lies are just adding up. So some other guy comes over, I'm assuming the manager, and gives me his word, if there is an issue found, because they are a reputable dealership, it would be taken care of (more on this shortly). I told them that's ridiculous to charge me $1000 dollars for not trading in, and another $1500 for some unneeded package on a 2012. Supposable it was some interior and exterior detailing and road side assistance and what not. Regardless, I got the out the door price to $10,500, which is $1500 more than I was told it would be. Pretty shady and slimy to not be upfront with customers to begin with. So then, a couple kickers, I don't know who detailed this thing as it was something I had no choice other that to pay for, but it is ridiculous the dirt and grime I had to clean myself. A couple pics attached but don't have any of the built up dust in the vents, The line of grime at the top of every window you see when you roll them down. But what really chaps my ass, driving home from the lot that day, I hear what sounds like a clock ticking coming from the dash. I did some research, and realizing it only ticked when the air was on, I found that it was the Blend door actuators. I notified via text that Monday. And since somehow it seems, they lost me email confirmation that I had insurance on the car, and were wanting me to send it to them, they were more that nappy to help with the issue. I let know that I already had an appointment at Mullinax Ford and l would let them know what indeed needed. Everything was good, I sent them the insurance etc. (which I wish I didn't, at least I would have some leverage) Then, the car indeed did need the blend doors replaced both drivers and passengers, which I got done. I sent a copy of the invoice to both Chris Graf and Tommy Wilson, and what do I get? crickets. I asked "so now you have my insurance, you're going to ghost me"? Crickets again. Another text then stating I have emailed you both and can't even get a response? Finally, what's the response? Verbatim "Since this is not a safety related issue, we won't be able to help you with it. Reply STOP to end texts." Really, get off our text please? I guess that's their way of saying stop contacting us. So, what a bunch of lies this dealership peddles! First pricing, second, fees, third, the word straight from the mouth of the manager that any immediate issue would be taken care of. We are also in the market for a 2022-2025 SUV, but rest assured, it will not be from them! And CCombs and MWhidden on all of these complaints saying to contact them. A waste of time! I have tried three times to email both before posting this review and no response whatsoever.

My experience with getting my new Ram 1500 went well. You should do three things, negotiate, be realistic and double check paperwork. I started out negotiations stating my budget (down and payment). They came down as far as they could to meet my stated budget, but couldn’t meet it. So I realized I had to compromise also if I wanted truck. Payment was important, so I had to come up on down if I wanted truck. Which I did. Other thing to double check is when you meet with finance dept to do paperwork. I came to terms with sales on payment and down. But when paperwork was put in front of me to sign, I saw payment got inflated. I just said that is not what we agreed to, so finance person had to correct before I would sign. So all in all, it went fine. Got what I wanted.

What a fantastic experience! I have to say, Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Leesburg was a lifesaver for me. I was in desperate need of a vehicle .I went to several dealerships and after being given the runaround, waiting for hours, and finding nothing but frustration from dealing with aggressive salesmen At Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Leesburg was a diamond in the rough!! I got a beautiful, 2017 Cadillac in absolutely pristine condition. It was a pleasure dealing with Tyler He was polite, enthusiastic, and HONEST. It quickly became clear that he genuinely cared about selling a quality product, at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to both friends and family. If you're in the market for a used car, rest assured that Tyler at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Leesburg will take good care of you!

My vehicle needed a transmission replacement. I had my vehicle towed to the dealership. It took a few days for them to diagnose the issue and submit it to see if it was covered by warranty. During which time I was forced to use 3 days of sick time at my job. The service rep I was assigned was named Ryan Swoll. I asked him if they had a "loaner" for me to get to work and he told me no, that they had done away with their loaner program about a year prior. He then told me that he had a special deal worked out with the local Hertz rental car where his customers could receive a rental for $50 a day. Feeling like I had no choice, I made the deal with Hertz. At first I was getting regular updates about my vehicle. First they had to wait for an inspector from the manufacturer to confirm the issue was under warranty, that took at least a week. Then my new transmission was apparently on a truck, up north, stuck in a snowstorm which took at least another week. I went to the dealership in person and asked what was going on and they said because of the delay, they'd cover 10 days of my rental on top of the 3 that were supposed to be covered by the warranty. I inquired again about a loaner and they told me they in fact did have loaners but none were available. Then I stopped receiving updates for about three weeks. Calling them only ever got me transferred to the wrong person and eventually hung up on. No messages I left ever got answered. Finally I found time to go up there again at which point I found out that Ryan no longer worked there and he hadn't updated my phone number in the system. My car had been ready for two weeks at that point which completely negated any coverage offered by my warranty or them. I had the rental for a total of 50 days. When Hertz finally charged me, they charged me the full $2500 which over drafted me $1145. When I contacted them they said Hertz had charged them $2500 too and they'd look into it. It's been about 2 weeks no response. I feel like I got scammed by deceptive business practices.

Honestly, I'm having a very bad experience there. Since I've purchased my 2017 Buick Cascada, I've not been able to drive the car or enjoy my recent purchase like I imagined it to be. The water intrusion that enters my rear floor fills with water each time it rains hard. Or, for indefinite time of hard rain. I have to empty out the water. I'm told that there is no leak after their test. Whatever they're doing, they need to implement a better system of checking convertible vehicles for leaks. The deep water splashes in the back floor of the vehicle; it's about an 1 inch of water. How can I enjoy my new purchase comfortably when I have to worry about emptying out the water in the back floor when it rains hard. This can also lead to other electrical failures and rust in the vehicle. I'm a very unhappy customer. This was my first ever bad experience with buying a car. Looks like I need an attorney. Since my purchase around March 5th of 2026, I've not been able to drive my car. I should of walked out when my heart was telling me to, too shady. All those extra junk fees is crazy. That certified inspection is not true. I had to buy new wipers on top of that. I didn't mind buying the wipers but the leak leaves me with an unsatisfactory customer care relationship at CDJR Dealership in Leesburg, Florida.
