  We love Express Oil Lube. Jana helped us so much she was wonderful! Very helpful and friendly! Isaiah also helped us with our mechanical issue. Very nice and helpful!

  I pulled into express oil change in Freeport Florida because I had overfilled my sprinter RV with oil. Manager Brandon said pull on in and we’ll take care of you. They were so friendly, efficient and made us feel welcome. They did a great job correcting my mistake. we recommend this business!

  Took my car in for a diag on a noisy fan and engine light. Two hours and no one called me to advise me after I made an 8am appointment. Quoted me another 3 hours and here we are at 6pm just getting my car. Communication from store assistant is a less than subpar. I will be reaching out to the store manager in the morning about this. All that was offered to me was $50 off…I’m not stupid. That’s the coupon that I already had in my possession when I booked the appointment. On top of it, my wife and daughter were seated outside and heard some inexcusable things being said about me…a customer who had been severely mistreated throughout the experience.

  Andy is the man! He went above and beyond to help me with what started as a small favor, removing rusted license plate bolts. When one of the bolts broke, he didn’t hesitate to grab the necessary tools and carefully drill it out, all without a single complaint. What stood out even more was that he was doing it purely out of kindness. When I offered to pay him for his help, he refused. Andy is not only a great employee but an even better person.
