- ATalexandria taylor4 days ago1.0I don’t ever do these but I don’t want anyone else to experience this. They Over filled my engine. Was 1.0 quarts over, so they either didn’t take all the oil out, didn’t change the filter (if they go my a computer measuring for them), or just plainly overfilled it. I have Never had issues with this company in general at any other location but I will not be coming here again in fort Walton. My car has been down for two days and have been receiving help from others to fix situation, monitoring now for any more damage. Employees should know that you never overfill the oil tank or actually take the time to pay closer attention to the filters and pulling all the oil out before filling.

The skid pan just needed wiping off from the day before she had her oil changed at another place. Great & honest and service! Will definitely do more business in the future!

And did a great job. He was training a new employee, and doing a great job at it. 5 Stars, ** but that Grayson guy has a weird taste in music, he was singing and jamming out to Brittany Spears and The Spice Girls the entire time!** ** -- Just kidding about Grayson😃😃😃😃
