But I was having a smoking issue coming from my wheel well and after having it inspected by another shop they misdiagnosed it and I had no peace at mind. So I ended up taking it back in here and Stephen inspected the car and found the issue and THOROUGHLY explained to me the issue, solution options, and left me with having ZERO questions after the visit. He exceeded the expectations & glad I can have a shop I can “trust” finally. Cheer Stephen.
- RRRuben RDec 19, 20251.0⭐ 1 Star I had a 2:00 PM appointment for a tire rotation and arrived on time. I stood at the front desk for approximately 25 minutes without any acknowledgment. During that time, multiple employees walked past me, clearly saw me waiting, and did not offer a greeting or any communication. There was one customer already being assisted ahead of me, and while staff communicated with her regarding a delay, no similar courtesy was extended to me. I also rang the service bell several times, which was audible in the garage, but no one responded. The issue was not the wait itself, but the complete lack of basic customer acknowledgment. A simple greeting or “we’ll be right with you” would have made a significant difference. This location would benefit from improved customer service training, particularly around greeting and acknowledging customers upon arrival.
- PGPatrick GogginDec 17, 20255.0Took my truck here to get a second opinion because I went to the Ford dealership first, and simply just didn't trust what they told me. Stephen Buck, the manager, couldn't have been better. He took his time and thoroughly explained the issue, which was an electrical short from the driver door module, and the different parts throughout the truck that it effects. You could tell he actually cared and wasnt just put to rip me off. Ford didn't explain anything to me like that. My wife and I have taken our vehicles here before and have always had great service and they have always explained everything. Even if you dont know anything about cars. Definitely not taking our vehicles anywhere else. If you go here, ask for Stephen or Charles. Both are great!
