I decided to go to Advance Auto Parts on the corner of Beal Pkwy and Hollywood Blvd to have someone test my battery. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did free checks AND free installation. I did not get the young mans name that assisted me but he treated me like I was his first customer of the day not his last. Thank you for your pleasant and supportive customer service.

I normally prefer to buy my batteries at AutoZone but Will the technician did a price comparison and offered me a solution that fit my budget. He installed my battery quickly and answered other concerns and questions I had not related to the service received. Will was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location as the service was great. Awesome job Will and thank you so much easing my worries and providing me with great assistance.
