- TWTacari WeaverJan 5, 20261.0I would have loved to give them five stars because the service originally was top tier. They told me that I needed my radiator flushed because the fluid was black. The gentleman that flushed my radiator stated that he was unable to get it fully cleaned out right then and there and I needed to let the coolant run through the radiator for a couple days. He told me to come back and he would flush my radiator again and then the fluid should be clean. I specifically asked him if there was going to be a charge for that and he said no due to the fact that he wasn't able to clear out the dirty fluid the first time. So here I come this morning to get my radiator flushed and the manager is saying that the kid must have miscommunicated and he's going to have to charge me. What do I look like paying another $230 for a job that wasn't correctly done the first time? As far as I'm concerned this is just another corporation that is money hungry.

He wasn't but when I politely said that, the guy in charge looked at us like we were lying but couldn't confirm. We did get an I'm sorry but I wasn't really paying attention. Then they proceeded to over explain the cars needs, even after we told the guy we knew the issues. We will not be be back.

When I got there (30 mile trip each way) I asked what the brand and name of the ATF. (IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE THERE IS A LOT OF JUNK MULTI VEHICLE ATF ON THE MARKET) They didn't know. Then they told me that they couldn't change the fluid because they claimed the vehicle had no dipstick. On the oil change invoice however the said ATF checked and full. AMAZING RIGHT? Meanwhile they were busy trying to sell me additional services I know I didn't need. Bottom line, I won't be back. Suggest you avoid this place. There are much better options nearby.
