  Easy and fast. Best time to go is on a Sunday afternoon during the football games. No line and might take just 10 mins while you wait inside of your car.

  I'll be coming here for more than a year but today they broke where my oil filter goes in they had me there for an hour and a half never said nothing to me I had to bring my own oil filter every time I come here and now they just put me outside because my car is not drivable because they broke it and they said they won't even tell it to the dealer so they can fix it they just ignore me and I'm sitting here waiting for a tow truck that I have to pay for the part where my filter goes in and you treated me like they don't care and the manager is not even here and he said he's not paying for a tow truck

  Stay away from this place. They will add the wrong oil to your vehicle. Pay attention to the invoice to ensure what type of oil they added to you car. Even so, no one know what they will add to your car. I went for an oil change and requested a specific synthetic blend. When I came home, I reviewed the invoice and it was the wrong oil application for my car. They added an European blend to a Chevrolet Corvette. So, went back to the location and talked to "who was in charge at the time". The employee told me it was miscommunication since they did added the oil number that I requested, except for the main detail that it was for an European vehicle. So, I had them replaced the oil again with another oil number suitable for my car. The person in charged apologized and told me that I needed to contact valvoline customer service for a refund. I got charged the same day twice for both oil changes. Even though they put the incorrect oil on my vehicle. So, I ended up paying almost $400 dollars for oil change. Next day, I called customer care. They wrote my information and told me I was going to receive a phone call. The so called manager from the Ft Pierce location by the name of Josh told me that he would give me a $25 coupon for my next oil change. He said that the oil that was used is the same from European to Super Car for American vehicles. He said I had nothing to worry about with my engine and that because it is the same oil I had no valid claim and that no refund will be provided. I could have at least expected the next oil change to be covered since I am not getting a refund for a mistake they made. Furthermore, the so called manager Josh said that a 0W-40 oil regardless if it's the European or the American super car blend is exactly the same. I know that if the "manager" doesn't know the difference between both products, then he shouldnt be in a manager role. More so, try to sell me information that is not accurate. You can just Google it and see the difference between both oil blends. The 0W40 oil for supercars have a Dexos component which is compatible with American vehicles. Especially a Chevrolet Corvette. So, I asked for his last name, and he refused to give me his last name. I asked for his immediate supervisor name, and he also refused to give it to me. If he is so sure that this information is correct, he shouldn't have anything to worry on me escalating this issue and trying to reach out to someone higher in the ladder. Unfortunately, a really bad experience and customer service. So, stay away from this place. They don't know the difference between oil blends and more so the fact that they are willing to put whatever oil they think can be added without checking in with the customer first. If they would have told me from the beginning that they didn't had the oil that I requested and that they only carry the European version, I would have said no and use another oil that is applicable for my car. Instead, I ended up paying for 2 oil changes on the same day and paid for both services in full. Stay away from this place. Do not trust this people with your car.

  had a $20 coupon of course they were out of the oil change I wanted so I had to use the coupon on a more expensive oil change. this is the second time I've had this happen with this company. Next time I'm not going to tell him I have a coupon until the very end. I wrote to the company didn't even get a response.
