  NOT RECOMMENDED! 2019 381M in for recall on refrigerator wiring. Everything working fine on camper b4 visit. Picked up camper but hyd would not work? New lithium batteries dead. Found battery disconnect sw were on. Gen RV brought a jump box out to try and get it loaded, not enough power. I suggested we jump the generator and let it charge. This worked! Got home and parked camper but when prepping for camping noticed fridge control was off when generator was running. Blown 15 amp fuse, tried another and blew immediately. Took camper back (30+miles) and was told the control was bad. While they got a part number I unplugged the 2 12v wires, used my voltmeter to check for grounds, none found. Ohmed out wires and controller, allgood. Had them replace the fuse, it didnt blow. check the 12v after unplugging the 12v wires found they had the positive wire on the negative terminal. This SHOWS they didn't even check their work when complete!?!? Hope this helps others when considering Ft Pierce General RV.

  First and foremost, I want to think Jason Randall lead service advisor and of course Joeseph, Steven Service advisor. Our experience with Joeseph initially was fantastic over the phone and then in person he answered all of my questions and then Jason Randall stepped up to the plate to honor a repair that was done to a fender issue by Lazy Days just during the transition from Lazy Days to RV General I can’t thank them both enough for their attention to detail their friendliness and their expediently making me a priority Taking my RV into service. I will be a loyal customer for all my service needs at General RV center in Fort Pierce. And letting all my friends know RV General is your only place to go first for service

  Jeff in the service department was extremely helpful and made sure my repairs were done the same day. We were down from Michigan staying in our camper when the converter went out. I called the fort Pierce location and they did not have an appointment for a few days. I then called Central scheduling and got an appointment for the next day. When I arrived and told Jeff we were staying in the camper, Jeff said central scheduling did not mention same day service. Jeff pushed it through and had it fixed within 4 hours. Great service at this location.

  Spent 75,000$ with them for a rv and a 5th wheel hitch installed on my brand new truck. There incompetent team installed the hitch too low and hooked up the rv and told me it was good to go. This was my first experience driving any kind of 5th wheel ever so I had no idea that they installed it wrong as I paid them for there professionalism lmao. Well I took my truck to a body shop and the body shop quoted 12,000$. Well instead of them taking responsibility for there incompetence they told me through email because they were too scared to call me and let me know that I need to run it through my insurance. Worst place ever in the world I would suggest anyone to go there should run for the hills!!! There mess up crushed the bed of my truck and had that happened while I was driving on the highway with my 3 year old daughter in the truck it would have been an absolute disaster… no accountability for there actions so I suggest everyone goes somewhere else for there campers
