  Run away from General RV. Sales man was nice, he told us to make an offer. Which we did on a used RV. The sales manager came over and actually Yelled at us for making an offer And not taking the unit at price. He also told us what the payment would be and stated it was an 8% rate i work in finance and the rate would be 10%. He then told us we shouldn’t be shopping for a camper just pick one whether it met our needs or not. We wasted their time!!! Well as someone who deals with people all the time. I would tell you to run and run fast. Worse experience I ever had. We have had campers before so we knew what we wanted. I went to another dealer and it was a night and day experience. Also the fees were a lot less expensive.

  I came into General RV with a broken water heater , my service advisor is Lucas Silva he assisted me in getting a brand new water heater although the shipper messed the order up at least five times Lucas still maintained his cool and maneuvered a six time to purchase a good water heater. I was thoroughly satisfied with Lucas‘s performance and Lucas‘s boss Joseph went above and beyond and washed my unit inside and now, I will return again and again to General RV they did a perfect job and I am very satisfied.

  We were just leaving town on our maiden voyage in our 2026 Brinkley I265 RV that we recently purchased at General RV in Fort Pierce, and a driver pulled up next to us at a light and said one of the tires was wobbling. We pulled over into a parking lot so I could take a closer look and to my surprise one of the wheels had a large cotter pin sandwiched between the brake drum hub and the rim preventing the wheel from being flush with the hub. I called General RV and was able to make a Facetime call with Sam in the Service Department. He was shocked at what he saw, and said, “do not drive it any further”. Within 45 minutes he showed up with all the tools to remove the cotter pin and inspected all the other wheels just in case and we were back on the road. Huge thanks to the driver who alerted us as this could have ended very badly and big thanks to Sam of General RV for being so responsive and quickly making it right. Our maiden voyage started out rough but turned into a fantastic trip. We love our Brinkley!

  While we love our new coach and the employees were all nice we have been ghosted the minute we drove off the lot. We bought our coach on 2/5/2026 and have placed numerous calls to three different people in an attempt to get what we were promised with the sale. No one calls back ever! Very disappointed with the follow up and communication at this dealer. Trying to decide what path to take next.

  Brandon did an excellent job with my walkthrough! We just wrapped up and I’m super excited for my new unit. Everyone here has always treated me well from service and parts, to sales and finance. Mario, my salesman and Freddie the finance guy were both super patient with me throughout my decision making process. Every time I walk through the doors I’m greeted with courtesy and professionalism. This is my second unit that I’ve purchased through general RV and o couldn’t be happier with the staff and service here.
