Horrible customer service and really disappointing experience. When you voice your displeasure they ask you to leave and refuse to manage the problem of them not doing their job.

Even though there were several Full Size SUVs on the lot ready to go, they refused to give me one, because they said they were already claimed, and forced me into a smaller car that was not suitable for the same cost of the original contract I signed for a Premium SUV. But because it was the day before I was leaving for vacation, I had no option to find something somewhere else since prices were sky high at that point. Do better Enterprise!!!!!

This is a lie they tell you so they can pick and choose the more expensive renters for more days over the people who may only rent for a day or one way rental. Really affects your travel plans. Unreliable, poor customer service, and unprofessional. I have confirmed all this with other car rental agencies in the area that aay this is their MO. Shame on you people. Don't deal with Hailey, Kelly or any of those people.

My tires needed air when I took the car because of the temperature drop outside. They were quick to get air in the tires and had me on my way. Thank you all for great service!
