My mom and I had been going through a stressful situation, and from the moment we connected with Blade, he made the entire car-buying process feel calm, transparent, and genuinely supportive. He listened to what we needed, never pressured us, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. He helped us find a beautiful Subaru Forester that checked every box — safe, reliable, and exactly what my mom needed during a really important transition in her life. The car is gorgeous, and more importantly, my mom feels secure and confident again. What stood out the most about Blade was his patience, honesty, and humanity.     Didn't want to write this because I tend to shy away from negativity, but its been on my heart. I feel very let down and disappointed about my recent purchase. Saved for a high-end car for years. Found one and pointed out some paint flaws that needed to be addressed before I spent over $30,000 on a car. Well it was rainy for weeks so I couldn't really see the so called repairs. As it turns out there is a big run on the bumper that was repainted and the paint damage on the lower end was never even addressed. Now it's going to cost me thousands of dollars to get these issues repaired. Just feel disappointed and as if I was not advocated for properly. I like the salespeople, but I feel they let me down and I told them as much. Actually in the market for a vehicle for my spouse and niece but lost trust in this location to serve me well.

    Some one needs to hear me: Customer service excellent Manager top tier professional go over and beyond Salesman Blade can’t say enough awesome professional go over and beyond With that being said it pains me to write this review but no one is understanding my dilemma I purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra on May 2025 23,000 miles on August 9 2025 at 30,000 miles my car broke down on side of the road If it had not been for the extended warranty I would be in a much worse situation My car has been in the shop since August 9,2025 My car need a starter and AC was leaking all covered under the extended warranty The Kicker : The Starter has been on back order since Aug 9th Nissan has given me a loaner car since day one and they should…. Its not my fault I have been told the part is on back order and there is no definite date when it will come in Here is where Enterprise is missing it….. My Car Should not be in the shop in the first place!!!!! They need to buy that car back return my down payment and I will never buy a car from there again WHY… I recommended a friend not even a month He had to replace the window it was leaking so bad it wasn’t the original one it had been replaced warranty saved him I want my down payment back I am paying for a car I don’t have not fair to me and nobody is doing anything but telling me how it’s not costing me anything but it is !!! This is causing me major anxiety
