That is completely unreasonable. There was no transparency, no clear explanation of the charges, and no justification for such an inflated bill. Customers deserve honesty, fair pricing, and clear communication, none of which I experienced here. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away.

An owner named Jeff completely ripped me off. I took my truck in to have a fuel pump replaced, a straightforward repair. Instead, I was charged an outrageous $5,245.00 with no reasonable explanation or justification for the cost. To make matters worse, Jeff refused to return my core charge for my old fuel pump, which I am legally entitled to. The entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I trusted this shop with my truck, and instead I was taken advantage of. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Big Wrench Mechanical Shop unless you want to risk being overcharged and treated unfairly. This shop needs to be investigated, and customers deserve transparency and basic respect.
