Once I came back they were confused as to where my battery went to find out they left it in the “junk” pallet. They never even charged or checked the battery. One of the employees were supposed to “charge” it but just threw it on the pallet. They basically told me to come back an hour or two later so they can charge it since they made a mistake. Once again I returned and and saw the battery sitting on the counter but when I was waiting for assistance one of the workers saw me waiting first and then continued to help another customer behind me who came after me. But when he said “how can I help you” I looked at him assuming he was speaking to me for him to then say “I wasn’t talking to you” in a very rude manner which was very try upsetting. First ever one star review, keep in mind.
