  I love this car wash they have the best mangers there , Sara Willow! I love them ! They have great employees too a girl I see everyday at the window.

  The staff is nice, the carwash works well to clean the car, and the vacuums are great with suction!

  Signed up for a membership and went to wash my car. The line of cars was out to the road. When I finally got to the sensor that scans your plates I was stuck. The other two lanes kept going but mine would not open. After seeing 6 cars go through I decided to honk my horn to get the attention of the kid behind the window that was day dreaming and clueless of her surroundings. After I honked the horn she came outside and told me that my plate has stacked letters and needed to be put in manually (they were veteran plates) and that if I ever honk my horn in line again she will cancel my membership. Needless to say I beat her to it, canceled my membership and chose from one of the other billion car washes in the Ft. Myers area. Best decision I've made in a while! Thanks again!

  This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash. The employees were extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I simply stopped to ask a question and was immediately harassed and cursed at by one of the representatives. No customer should ever be spoken to like that. When I called to report the situation and ask to speak with a manager, they repeatedly hung up on me instead of addressing the issue. I was then told that I would not be receiving service and that I should never return. The way I was treated was disrespectful and unacceptable. It is shocking that a business would allow employees to behave this way toward paying customers. Management clearly needs to step in, take responsibility, and properly train their staff on basic professionalism and respect. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment just for asking a simple question.

  I had a very bad experience at this location. The customer service was horrible. The woman at the window and another manager named Anthony were extremely disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager, Anthony said he was the manager but refused to help me and would not refund my money. Anthony repeatedly told me I needed to leave without my refund and even threatened to call the police. I felt very disrespected and completely misled during the entire situation. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I strongly recommend that the company review the camera footage from this incident. The staff was very angry and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. Please save yourself A hustle, there is a lot car wash with good service do not go to this location.
