  I went in for tires and an oil change and had a great experience. Ray explained everything clearly and made sure I got the coupons and everything that was available to help lower my bill. He was fantastic. It put me at ease to see the way he interacted with his employees and other customers who came through the door. The service was quick and the waiting room was comfortable. I will most definitely be back for service when I need it.

  Great experience with Jon and his team! They were fast and efficient charging my car’s tires, and I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. They also gave helpful advice on other services and tire options. Everyone was polite and professional, and the shop was clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

  My experience with tire kingdom was with an oil change, it was amazing How professional, quality work and time efficient I was in and out in less than an hour, my second experience was with my brakes, they gave me a quote and stuck to it, However, they said it would take two hours. They had me out in less than an hour. The job was finished and it was done with professionalism and courtesy. Ray was an amazing representative for tire kingdom, He handled both transactions with with professional, courtesy and friendliness. He is a great asset to the company the way he handles customers, he should be recommended by his superiors.

  I bought 4 new tires and had an alignment on 3-26. Austin was extremely professional and had a positive attitude. I was impressed with his handling of all situations with all customers. Thank you and Great customer service Austin! Charles Gatz

  So I went here on 4/1 and got 2 tires and at first I thought everything was great until I was heading home and realized that the car was shaking and being an auto mechanic I thought I better stop and look and found 2 issues one the driver front tire was coming loose and that THEY DIDNT BALANCE THE NEW TIRES THEY PUT ON!!! I know this because I out the last tires on and balanced myself and the wheel weights I installed are the only ones on there!!! I paid $49.98 for them to not do it!?!??? What a joke!! I’m glad I don’t live here because this is sad typical Mavis crap. I’m sorry I have nothing nice to say other than hector was very polite to me he ws professional in Dealing with me but other than that mavis needs to step up quality control which I know they won’t because that would hurt their bottom line.
