My husband tried to deal with service department a year ago, had a bad experience. When we had an issue recently with a key, first thing he said don’t call Galloway. I still did call and spoke to service department and explained what I needed. Man I spoke to said he wasn’t sure if they could cut the key I was looking for and would have to ask his supervisor. I assumed that meant he was asking him and placing me on hold and would come back and tell me. Instead I was transferred to another line, I explained on the voice mail in detail that I had called about getting a key done, said what type and year it was and that I was told by previous person they needed to ask a supervisor and that I thought he was asking someone but instead I had been transferred to this line, and left my name and phone number and asked for a call back to advise whether they could assist me. ZERO COMMUNICATION, NO CALL BACK. So no customer service and no even bothering to return my call. Do better Galloway this is beyond poor service.

Everything about my service experience was wonderful. All attributable to the professional and customer-driven people at Sam Galloway. The service advisor assigned to my vehicle was James Sampson. His efforts in keeping me informed of my service progress were exemplary!!!! From the orchestration of my vehicle pick up to drop off and every step along the way. His professionalism and customer-driven attitude were second to none. A very common theme with everyone we came in contact with at Sam Galloway…starting with Susan Marchetto my sales person who ensured everything about my purchase experience was seamless. Her personable and knowledgeable efforts truly led to my purchase. Kudos also go to the Sales Manager, Charles Weinstein and Anthony Kaberline who helped educate me on all my available options so I could make an informed decision and last but not least Geoff Payne, who took the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing!!! From start to finish nothing but a positive experience with everything at Sam Galloway!

I have been reviewing documents from the vehicle I purchased from Sam Galloway for taxes. In this review I have noticed that they gave 2600 dollars less than what they had quoted me on my trade vehicle and charged me an additional 990 dollars more than the agreed upon price of the new car. This is partially on me for not catching it while signing for the car but when you have to sign 10-20 documents during an emotional time, things get missed and I am now feeling the consequences of that. This was not an emotional time for the dealership and now feels like I was majorly taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Side note, I previously owned a Mustang and took it to this dealerships service shop (2021). They did not accept the warranty that I had on the car and ended up misdiagnosing my cars issue and 2 months later I needed to replace the engine. I would not recommend the vehicle services at this location either. Overall just extremely disappointed and would not wish this fate on others.

No guarantee they will have factory replacement tires in-stock. I got a flat and limped in only to find out replacement tires would take 3+ days to get in. I came in on a Wednesday, so I was shocked the biggest Ford dealer around doesn’t stock tires for the regular models they sell. The extra wheel & tire warranty (that I purchased) that the F&I team sell has tire tread limitations making it useless if your tires have too much wear. My bad for not reading the fine details. They didn’t offer me alternative tires, I had to ask for the option. They had Michelins (which I like) but their discounted $1,400 price was 25% more than Costco just down the road. So I bought the same tires for less at Costco. Before I could get a 25% better tire deal at Costco, my Escape got a 2nd flat tire while sitting in their parking lot. I don’t blame them for this, these things can happen to anyone but they didn’t have a portable tire inflation kit. So their team had to drive my Escape extremely slow to not damage my rim to get to a tire inflation station. The guys did great but again, this is a big store, how do they not have basic tools like Advanced Auto or Auto Zone? Lastly, I get all my regular maintenance done here. After all, I’ve purchased a Ford and Lincoln from them, so I like having the dealership receipts in case something ever breaks but I found out the hard way that when they do the Ford Works packages for oil change and tire rotation, that no one checks your spare tires air pressure. I found that out the hard way when I got my 1st flat tire and I just had my vehicle serviced 2 weeks ago. I had to put air in my spare before ever coming down for a very disappointing experience.
