  If i could give zero stars and still write this i would!!! Went in on monday march 30th for a chipped windshield, fast forward 2 hours later my sensors are now malfunctioning, customer sevice sends email to mangerto contact me also schedules warranty repair 2 days later, fast forward to Wednesday April 1st, the second tech didnt fix the issue, made it worse, Thursday April 2nd, was told a manager would call me again. Still no word from a Manager. I call them they closed 2 hours early. I want my vehicle fixed back to factory OEM standards!! This is absolutely ridiculous that even the manager cant contact me after 4 days!! You can clearly tell my camera and sensor are off just in the before and after photos too

  My experience with Safelite in Fort Myers has been horrible. I have visited three times, and they still haven't resolved the problem. Today, specifically, I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM; they told me the work would take two hours to complete. At 4:00 PM, an employee came out and informed me that the car needed to be calibrated—a process requiring a specific application—and that it couldn't be done today. They told me I would have to make yet another appointment—after I had already waited for four hours.

  Made appointment around noon and they were here at my house the next day. 07 Cadillac cts windshield replacement. Got the premium service that they were running a sale on ($75 off) and free "they come to you" ($50 value) which was the highest grade service and cheaper than the middle service of 3 tiers. Also, i punched in a $50 off code i saw online after i initially paid, but before they did the service, and they immediately refunded it after they were done with the car. All in, it was $233 for them to come to me the next day, replace windshield, replace windshield wipers, and apply rain repellent treatment to windshield. Can you ask for a better deal? I don't think so 5+stars

  Had a great experience with Safelite Autoglass. I reported a claim for the glass repair through my insurance. I was then transferred to the Safelite website to set up an appointment. The website had most sections prefilled out and I had to select the type of car, sedan or hatchback, to ensure the correct glass was bought. I like that appointments were available within 24 hours. They offer 4 hour time frames for the appointments, either 8-4 or 1-5. The technician called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. Once he arrived he knocked to let me know he had arrived and asked if I had any questions. He let me know it would take about an hour, but he was done sooner than that. He advised to wait 30 minutes before driving the vehicle Once her was finished and to not do a car wash for 48 hours. The entire process was seamless and easy. They sent text messages to remind you about each step as well. You can have the repair done wherever your car is located or you can bring the vehicle to them. My glass repair did not cost me anything through my insurance since I had comprehensive coverage. Check with your specific insurance to see what is offered. They also offer additional services, such as windshield wiper replacement, for an extra fee if you want it.

  Update as of 3-34-26 11 Days since this NIGHTMARE started I have YET to hear from Mgmt over this.... Now i have a bad drivers window from damages on their initial install break and the tech took paint of the vehicle as well from tape Seriously now waiting game for the DISTRICT SUPERVISOR to get involved What a JOKE!!! 😠 😡 😤 Gotta say im pretty shocked at how poor the company in general handled I had a replacement glass done last year.... dropped off at the facility everything went fine Discovered the glass had a small crack a few weeks ago and called it in.... needed to be verified it was not impact damaged and it would be covered.... so far no issues Fri the 13th (yes the irony 😑) tech comes out to the house around noon to do a mobile windshield replacement "Issac" nice guy showed up and everything was goin well till the glass going in broke.... Understandable things happen.... the old glass was put back in At this point i now have an windshield that is completely shattered 😲. What was a small 4-5 inch crack barely visible turned into 20+ cracks spanning the entire windshield. Tech explained this was his only option and that i could drive it to the facility or they would reach out to me.... he leaves at 1p I can understand and be reasonable up to a certain point of THINGS HAPPEN.... i tried calling the local branch..... BS #1 it all goes to call center and they have to try calling the branch for you.... NO LUCK. i call back several times. Same results nothing gets passed being hung up on transferred to voicemail.... Finally get a nice lady who seemed to care a lil and got into the system and set me an appointment for Tuesday 17th.... best she could do and im grateful cause at this point its now after 5p and the branch has YET to reach out to me Monday 16th i Finally after multiple calls again get Abby the Asst Mgr on the line.... i explained everything that happened... assures me im on the schedule but will make sure to call me and let me know what estimated time frame i should expect. Dont get a call from her or anything Tuesday i get a undated email with a time and the tech showed up and swapped window out Still haven't heard back from Mgr Job is now complete 1 star for the job coming to an end However this here is a Nationwide Company with branches Everywhere How do you guys fall this bad on customer service, follow thru, retention and hell on the event of an emergency they dont even answer the phones!!! Do Better Safelite Communication is Key A phone call and apology and maybe a lil good ole Customer Service would have gone a long way Dont recommended this location at all
