  My overall experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was a 10/10. I brought in my Subaru for repairs after being rear-ended by a truck, which caused damage to my rear bumper and left my trunk unable to properly close due to a damaged latch. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great professionalism. The team kept me informed every step of the way, and the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. My car was returned looking great and functioning properly again. I’d especially like to recognize Brittany, the estimator/adjuster, for her outstanding assistance. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I fully understood the process. Her communication and attention to detail really made a difference and helped take a lot of stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality service.

  I had a minor repair for a door that would not open. Joe was exceptional at taking care of the problem and was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. I imagine it's not easy to manage the shop guys and some things may slip through the cracks. Example, being somehow my Toyota plastic brand plate had been hit and was barely hanging on. Joe immediately glued it back on and took care of it. I'm sure if this guy could wear all the hats that nobody would have a bad experience at this location. Thanks.

  Lindsey was AMAZING! Kept me updated every step after I was involved in a car accident & needed my car fixed ASAP. I did not have my car for 2 weeks & I was stoked to get it back. Day of there was some issues with getting payment from the other parties insurance company, but we were both on the phone working our tails off to get it done. So happy Lindsey fought hard for me to get me back into my car !!

  They were very helpful with a problem I had with my pickup truck. They were very efficient and reasonably priced. The Manager made sure I was well taken care of.

  Gerber Collision Center was amazing after my Subaru was rear-ended. Colston and Mayittho were incredibly helpful and put my mind at ease. They handled everything with the at-fault insurance and even coordinated with Enterprise, which made the whole process stress-free. The repairs, paint, and detailing were done beautifully in just a couple of days. I’d definitely return for any future needs!
