- TBTrina Bensley5 days ago5.0Both of your two representatives that I worked with at the Enterprise office on Metro parkway Fort Myers provided great customer service from pick up to return of vehicle. More importantly, I was shown integrity by your employees. I unknowingly left behind my wallet and insurance ID & Registration card holder in the vehicle when I returned it on 4/07/26. One of them contacted me the next day to let me know their detailer found my items left behind inside the vehicle. In today's society, integrity means everything and it was nice to know that your employees carry that value. Enterprise never disappoints and will always be a preferred choice in car rental agencies.

- MSM SMar 9, 20265.0No one is a fan of renting a car or the process but this Enterprise was quote the opposite. Quick, easy and painless. In and out under 10 minutes. Hopefully I dont need to rent a car again but if I do I will be returning. Milan/Mulan was extra helpful and friendly.
