Got a “courtesy call” at 8 AM day of pickup saying they had no convertibles left and had no idea when they would be available. Got stuck with a car I did not book due to their incredibly short notice. On top of that the vehicle they did provide was only was filled up 1/4 of a tank with gas. Very poor experience and expensive for the car I received.
