She took the time to walk me through every feature of my Ford Expedition, answered all of my questions without pressure, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. What really stood out was her communication and follow-up—she went above and beyond even after the purchase to make sure everything was perfect. Buying a car can be stressful, but Ashley made it easy, smooth, and actually enjoyable.
