- JKjames kraftFeb 16, 20261.0Really ripped off by rude manager. My wife purchased a three month car wash as a Christmas present for January,February and March 2026. When the envelop was opened at the holidays we realized it was dated December 8th the day of the purchase. On January 5th I stop by ask for a change for loosing one month or a credit, I was told it not our policy it give refunds or credits, so said maybe I should protest the credit bill that when she got very upset and said you if you do that you will be ban from all Tommy’s. Returned to car and my wife said just forget and use the wash for the two remaining months and we drove thru the wash. The following week I tried to use the car wash and was told my account was closed because I said I going to protest the credit card,I said but didn’t. That was when she said you never should have never you were going to protest the card said and you are no longer have use of the car wash here no money back. Now over the credit card policy to protest so I’m out $140 for one wash. Never been treated this poorly in 35 years of doing business anywhere
