    I am writing to report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. On Wednesday of last week around 4:30 PM, I went for a car wash and paid for the most expensive package. While vacuuming my car, I noticed that the back window was still dirty. After checking more carefully, I discovered scratches on my car—specifically on the front left side near the hood/engine area, as well as on the doors. There are multiple scratches around the vehicle. I immediately reported the issue to the manager on site. He took photos of my car, license plate, and the damages, and told me they would review the cameras and follow up. Today (Monday), I returned to check on the status of the investigation. Instead of receiving help, I was treated in a very unprofessional manner. Another manager recognized me and said, “you’re the one with the scratch,” and immediately denied responsibility, stating that “the machines do not do this,” without confirming whether the cameras or equipment had been reviewed. When I asked if the cameras had been checked, I was told, “I don’t have to review anything.” When I requested to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager and then walked away, went inside, and shut the window, completely ignoring me. This is unacceptable. My car is new, and this was my first wash at this location. I am not trying to take advantage of the situation—I am simply asking for accountability and a proper investigation. I expect a professional response, a review of the footage, and a resolution for the damages caused to my vehicle.

    I hate giving a local business 1 star But I have been informing the management about their hydraulic fluid leak that has been an issue on and off for over a year If you notice a cloudy residue on your windshield,paint or windows thats hydraulic fluid wipe it off as soon as possible its not good and will damage the paint on your car

    Born and Raised Local here. This carwash has been great for about a year up until this new year even early December it seemed to start to go downhill. The sprayers don't wash the soap off of the mirrors anymore ever since they moved the nozzles to spray a diffrent area. The license plate camera never works. The tire belt seems to start slipping every time lately due to over loading the belt. When I've tried to use my membership this past month or two it's been nothing but a hassle . This place is far from convenient, I asked for a month to be compensated or reimbursed or I will be asking to cancel my membership. The manager's Caitlin and Brian said they can't comp a month but they could cancel the membership . Brian canceled membership and advised me that I have 12 days left. I've went through Brickyard carwash recently and it reminded me of when I started using this wash. Brickyard will now be getting my business from now on. I hope someone in charge sees this and makes corrections as I'd really like to use this wash as its conveniently on my way home and they have the potential to be great again.

    Worse experience ever. I came back and renewed my membership at the location due to the app not allowing me too. Then I wash my 2017 GMC Denali Terrain and my rear driver side hatch light lens flys off. I noticed a few hours later after I went and made a purchase and put something in my trunk. I immediately called the car wash and they found it. I went to the location to find a solution. No manager on site and she was off till Sunday. No problem, so I called on Sunday to be told by Sheila (Sorry if name is spelled incorrectly) that she’s needed till Thursday to view videos and that she would call me. Thursday came never called me at all. I called at 1pm and 6:27pm today 2-19-26. To be told that she’s in an interview and the second time that she will call me on Friday. Not very professional at all. She could have called and said she was tied up or hey can I call you tomorrow on your matter. I show up Thursday around 7:20pm and spoke with the manager on site Brian. Which he handled everything great and is a great person. He calls Sheila the manager and she said we are denying the claim because my light flew off in the blower area. So that basically is like the wind on the road and it would have fallen off still. Mind you I’ve driven this suv for over a year now since purchased with not one issue of parts flying off. She said the only thing we are going to do is give you a refund for the month you paid. I told her that’s not going to fix my light that cost about $150. It was constant back and forth over Brian’s phone. So I said no worries I will file a civil case against you guys. Then Brian was nice enough to give me another free month. This is still not fixing my light that has light bulbs exposed. So now I’m left with having to fix my light and having to go after them for my light in court. Please pay attention to your vehicles when washing here or don’t come at all.
