- ACAmanda Caul3 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment on their website for 4 tires and selected the set I wanted. When I got to the store the staff was very short with me and never mentioned any issues with my order or talked about prices so I was prepared to pay the price I was quoted online. When my car was done my bill was $100 more than expected. The ticket showed that they had installed a different brand of tire that was $107 a piece when the original Tire I ordered was $87 a piece and then I got to run around when I questioned why nobody informed me that they would be installing a more expensive tire on my car. After about 20 minutes of going back and forth their manager came out and took $50 off the price which resulted in it still being much more expensive than I anticipated but by that point I was tired of arguing. They also tried to upsell me on new rotors and brake pads stating that mine were really messed up. I had just redone my rotors and brakes three months ago so I had a hard time believing that and when I got home I double checked to verify that there was nothing wrong with my front or back brakes and rotors. **Edit** now that I've had a moment to calm down about the price of the tires, I also noticed that I was rightfully charged $40 to check the TPMS system which I asked them to do because my battery was out for one of the tires however even though they charged me for it they did not fix it and my TPMS light is still steadily flashing. They never even mentioned it when we were going over all the other stuff so I highly doubt they even actually looked at it

He handled everything efficiently and kept things moving without wasting my time. Pricing was fair, work was done right, and communication was solid throughout. Exactly how an auto service experience should be. I’d go back and would recommend asking for Kavan specifically.
