While replacing the tires, they looked at my brakes and rotors. I had been concerned about squeaking when backing up so when they recommended replacing the brakes and rotors before undertaking the long drive back to Kentucky, I was pleased. I didn't feel "oversold" but rather grateful. I typically get my service at the dealer, but these are my people when I'm in Fort Myers.
