I dropped my truck off here on Friday (10/24) to have an oil change done, have my tires rotated, and have my air suspension looked at in the rear because it is leaking air. The compressor is constantly running trying to keep the rear of the truck raised and level. I also mentioned the tire pressure light being on, and for them to please address that. I drop my truck off and leave! Someone called me and informed me that they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee to inspect my suspension and locate the issue. They said it would take an hour or so, but would only charge me for 30 minutes ($50). I said OK, that’s fine I understand. Fast forward to me picking up the truck a little bit later. When I get there I’m told that they couldn’t find any issue with the suspension and that it appeared to be operating just fine as they went through each setting and the suspension worked each time. I was a little shocked they couldn’t locate an issue, as it literally is nearly constantly running the air compressor and lowering the rear end. Even if you know nothing about vehicles, you would know something was wrong with my truck after about 10 minutes. I thought that was odd that an auto shop couldn’t find an issue like that. On top of that my total bill was $221.10! I did get full synthetic oil and had the $50 “diagnostic fee,” but seriously? $221.10 for an oil change, tire rotation, and you couldn’t even find the issue with my air suspension? OK! A little disappointed, I get in the truck and head home. I wasn’t paying attention when I first got in the truck, but half way to the house I noticed my tire pressure light was still on, so I checked the gauge and only two of my tires had been aired up. Now I’m a little frustrated because I’m going to have to take the truck back a second time just to have them put some air in the tire and disable the TPMS light on the dash. Well, the next morning I go to set something in my passenger seat and I notice this nice big new scratch ALL the way to the metal right near my front passenger door handle. Now I’m a little more than just frustrated! There’s no way I’ll be able to prove it unless they have cameras running in the shop 24/7, but I know for a fact it was done that day in that shop. I opened that door on Thursday night for my girlfriend, and I opened in Friday morning to put my bag in the front seat. Guess what? There wasn’t a scratch there then. I know my truck and I walk around it and inspect it for scratches and damages frequently (every other day or so I check it out). I’m so irritated at this situation that I’m probably going to file a claim and dispute the charge with my CC company before the day is over. I know going back there and arguing it isn’t going to do any good and I surely don’t want anyone there touching my vehicle again. I can tell you from experience that it’s EXTREMELY hard to find an honest auto shop down here. If they don’t screw you over by trying to sell you parts and services you don’t need, they either rip you off with costs or they do something stupid like damage your vehicle! It’s a shame that if I want honest work done, I have to drive an hour and a half back to my home town to my local shop that a friend of mine actually owns and runs.

I had been there a couple of times to see about tires and oil changes, but was not impressed. Then I decided to purchase new tiresThrough them, as they had just received a new manager, and it seemed as if the business was gonna be turning around. I think they have been challenged with the help. Not enough people, walking off the job or not showing up and that makes it difficult for customers to be positive about the business . My second trip was an oil change, tire, rotation, and diagnostic check on my liftgate. I was told a half hour and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours. My third trip was to replace the liftgate button and things seemed to be better. They got me out of there in about 35 minutes. My recommendation is for them to be more realistic about How long something its gonna take because That can avoid a lot of frustration and they would see more repeat business. Everybody’s very nice so no complaint there.
