Asked why there wasn't bags over the pumps that weren't working and we were told that management won't let them. Had to move the car and hold up the line inside. Managment!!!!! Please put bags on the pumps that aren't working so people know so we can park at a working pump...makes alot easier on everyone! Just STUPID!!!
