  This was my second and last visit to this RaceTrac, and the level of incompetence and lack of urgency from the staff is unbelievable. First visit: I walked up to the register ready to pay while the employee behind the counter was busy with something else. That’s fine — but instead of saying “I’ll be with you in a minute” or “you’re next,” he said nothing, walked away, and left the front area completely. No acknowledgment. No communication. I waited, realized I was being ignored, and eventually just left. Second visit (today): I asked if they had milk or half-and-half, since only flavored creamer and sweet oat milk were available. The cashier asked a coworker to check. This employee was listening to music, completely disengaged, and showed zero awareness of customers waiting. He slowly walked to the back, returned empty-handed, and mumbled something without any explanation. At this point, I had already been waiting 5–6 minutes during my lunch break. Instead of prioritizing me or stepping in to help, both employees continued operating with no urgency or awareness of the situation. While one customer struggled with lottery tickets and the register stalled, the other employee stood around instead of helping run the second register. Eventually, the same employee returned with creamer which I never asked for completely missing the point of the request. Bottom line: This location has zero customer awareness, zero urgency, and zero accountability. I have never experienced service this bad at a gas station. Ever. I will never return to this location. If this were my store, I’d replace this entire shift immediately.

  I understand not having enough workers, but try to show some urgency. The EMS standing in line for at least 5 to 10mins but had to answer a call and had to leave food. Now, being a manager I would have given the food.

  This is the worst run racetrac in the area. Choose a different location. They either close the store because of being short staffed, never have all the coffee creamers, food is always out late, and you have to wait in line forever because they only keep on person on the counter while the manager in the Browns jersey is always just sitting around. Drive a couple extra miles to go to a different location.
