We rented a moving truck to move out of state and when we stopped to get gas the truck wouldn’t start, took a good 3 tries before it started back up. Luckily we made it to our destination but the truck won’t start back up. I suggest they make sure their trucks are actually working before giving a shitty one out, especially for the price. On top of that the whole drive the steering wheel was so shaky
- EAEthan AdgateDec 18, 20255.0Super easy to rent a truck. Had it ready to go when I got there. They offered to load my car onto the dolly if I needed the help. I drove 900 miles across the country in the truck. It handled well for the size and the one time I got stuck in a hotel parking lot I was able to back it out with no problem. We fit a 3 bedroom house in it- with enough decor for the 4 bedroom house my wife eventually wanted. I would recommend taking apart anything you can to save space. Drop off was easy, in and out in less than a minute. I'd definitely recommend using Penske to move. I would not recommend Atlanta at night though- that was nerve wracking as hell.

The support and service I always get from Cody is exceptional and I'm always glad when he answers the phone! If you need a rental, call this Penske office and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED:)
