  Alicia and Chris have been so helpful. I would also like to thank the woman at the front desk but I didn’t catch her name. I’m new to running cars and I was very nervous. Everyone was so lovely so patient so calm and so informative. Thank you, Rsw for having the kindest rental car staff at National Rent-A-Car.

  Mimi was so helpful and friendly, there was no line and when we got to the lot, Gary also gave us excellent service. When we come back we will definitely use them again!

  Nice and clean car. When I turned in my car in MIA, I accidentally left my cell phone in the car. Upon realizing it, I ran back to the rental car center. The car had already been taken to wash, but the customer service agent had found my cell phone and secured it in the office. Thank you for the honesty and customer service!!

  Other than the construction at the airport which was not National issue. I did like the ease of the entire process. I would say it was not well marked out to find National due to the construction. Once again it was not Nationals issue but should be marked better. Maybe mention better signage to the airport or construction crew.

  I picked up the Jeep Wagoneer to protect and transport a major CEO on Sunday and Monday. I can’t begin to tell you how disgusting and dirty the interior of that vehicle was. Like a family with multiple children that went to the beach all weekend tore that car up, it took me an entire hour just to clean the interior before I had to pick up our client, which cost me additional money AND ate up time out of my schedule that I couldn’t afford to be wasting cleaning a PREMIUM SUV!! That vehicle should’ve been spotless, and I had no time to ask for a different vehicle because you had one agent at the desk assisting multiple customers, and I was already on a time crunch. Things like these issues make companies like the one I work for, never want to utilize your company again. Not only that, but I believe I got sick from cleaning that vehicle because the kid’s left sand and foot marks all over the seats, glitter, crayons, debris and food crumbs all over the place. I was appalled. We all know kids are bacteria cesspools, and I haven’t been sick since I got Covid YEARS ago, so I know for certain it was due to me cleaning that filthy car. This is something nobody should have to experience, especially when purchasing one of your premium SUV’s. The vehicle itself was excellent, it rode smoothly. That’s the only positive thing I have to say about my experience with National Car Rental, which really is a compliment towards Jeep.
