Well my agent was not wrong Nicole was so wonderful. The moment I got to Gerber she was ready to go over the process of getting my sweet car fixed. Step by step Nicole sent me updates and made sure I knew exactly what to expect along the way. I will always bring my car if I need to have body work done to Gerber. The car looked brand new as if she hadnt even been hit. The professionalism and kindness from Nicole truly made the experience a bit better to deal with. Nicole even offered to have the rental taken back however, I had returned it beofre going to Gerber. Nicole you ROCK!!!!!
