The only dealership in the area who will not allow you to browse. The salesman George even stated “as sales people we only make money if we sell something.” So why a business would allow a potential customer to walk out the door as opposed to browsing the inventory before wasting the sales team’s time is beyond me. Sale lost.

Wife and I went in to get information on some travel trailers. We had the best experience with Charles Vaught! Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend stopping in and requesting Charles! Thank you for all your help!

Very disappointed with communication and accountability at this location. Service rates hourly are costly enough but, diagnosing the problem and the cost of parts you trust that you’re getting their best service. I pulled up campsite 3 times because of the part not being complete the first time. The second time the part was there on their desk for 4 days when I called and confirmed, so I pulled up my Class A 35’. I arrive to find out they just opened it for the first time. It was a slide out gear, not a motor harness. I was informed that particular distributor messes up the order a lot., All the more reason to open it before you have someone drive their RV out of the campsite . Thankfully they did pay for the adapting harness due to being inconvenienced. I respect that. All said and done the tech put the harness on and calibrated the auto leveling-jack, and it doesn’t work. I’d have rather paid for the harness and it work than get it free but still no jacks. They wanted to book an appointment a week out to bring it back in for another diagnostic check. Unfortunately at that point I couldn’t be sure they didn’t guess at the first time. I had spent a lot sit was, needed to fly out the next day so I have short notice expensive new parts sitting in storage on my motorhome non of it resolved. The people are pleasant, it’s a clean facility, but someone needs to be out there in the check in lanes guiding all the time, letting customers know who’s moving next. I had to back up a long ways twice. Once, after nearly clipping a salesman, he offered me ground guide, as there was a surplus of show inventory in the lanes that week.. The second time, despite having to stop to let them come from behind me mind, no one offered to insure you dint hit that show quality inventory.. Customer Service is lacking considering thoroughness and accountability.

My wife and I were looking for an RV yesterday at General RV in Fort Myers. Our salesman was Griffin. It was a very good experience. Griffin worked hard to listen to our wants/needs and showed us numerous models that might be a good fit for us. He was very knowledgeable of the product lines and he was a no pressure salesman. He was really kind of a RV match maker in a way. I would highly recommend working with Griffin if you’re looking to get into RVing or or needs have changed and you want a different RV that better suits your needs at this time. Troy and Beth

Most of the people who work here that engaged me are very nice. However I purchased a used RV and paid a substantial fee for them to go over the whole unit and make sure it’s ready for a trip. They had three weeks to do that before I picked it up. None of it was done for $1500 fee. Didn’t change the battery, didn’t service the hubs, didn’t clean the unit etc. So I drove 3 hours to wait hours more and still didn’t get a what I paid for. If you’re not going to do it. Dont make the dealer fee for these things mandatory. They wanted $3000 for going over the trailer. That would have been crazy to pay for nothing. Management needs to pull it together. I needed my hubs serviced and my air pressure checked and a fresh battery etc. Happy to pay for those things and more when buying used. Just not happy to pay and get nothing.
