When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told "we don't have one for you.......sorry". 3 hours before our kids were flying in for Christmas. Thanks Enterprise......never again. We were told on the 26th that a district manager was going to contact us. Still waiting for that.

I then paid to uber to the location, at which point I was told that they don’t have a car and that I never spoke to them (despite the fact that they confirmed that we’d called the correct number). The employees were also incredibly rude. Will never use Enterprise again.

We rented a large vehicle to hold our entire group but when we got there, there wasn’t one to be had. Ebony and Will did everything they could. Called all over trying to find one for us. They really went the extra mile. But all the large vehicles had been sent to the airport and were not available. We took a smaller SUV but on the second day received a call that Ebony had found one for us. Awesome. We went over and swapped it out. Christmas week is crazy and although I don’t agree with the practice that Enterprise (and probably all rental companies) have of stocking all the cars at the airport I can’t say enough about the extra work that these two employees put into getting us the car we needed. We will definitely go back to this location just because of the awesome customer service we received.
