  On 9/04/2025 I called this business to see if I could change my return time on my pick up truck confirmation for 9/05/2025. When I called, the young lady said she would have to check with her manager. I wait a few minutes and then someone came on the phone saying “hello”. I said “I was holding for a person to come back on the line after checking on a question with the manager.” She said “I am the manager”. So I told her that I want to extend my time for rental. She said “I don’t have any trucks available for rent, they are all recalled”. I said “Oh, I have a confirmation for a pick up truck from this location for tomorrow, 9/05/2025.” She said “I won’t have a truck”. Very uncaring. I said,” how was i supposed to know this.” She said again, uncaring “well you called, so it saved you from coming in tomorrow to find out when you got here”. I said “how can you resolve this problem.” She said “there is nothing I can do. You should have gone through the truck enterprise on Daniels Prkwy to rent”. How was I to know this? I told Ebony “this would not look good on a google review”. She flipped out on me, not letting me speak, saying over and over me “don’t threaten me with a google review”. I said “this is NOT a threat”. Ebony was the MOST uncaring, inefficient, lack of customer service manager I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t believe Enterprise would want her to represent your company. If I had not done business with enterprise in a positive way, I would NEVER rent from enterprise again. Please do not let Ebony ruin your reputation.   I booked online after calling. They did not tell me there would be a $300 deposit. I spoke too 2 different people whole booking. 1st to inquire they had a car at the location. I know sometimes they can see out for the day or a car is there but not ready. I had the money for the rental, bit I was short 100. My car is in the shop about 200 ft from the rental place. I walked there after taking my car into the shop due to a sensor issue with the coolant. The part had to be ordered. After having dropped money for car part, I thought being a loyal enterprise client, I would set up a rental until Sat. I live 2 miles away. Not having 500 in my account, I could not rent the car. I told them I guess I'll walk home... so I walked down metro to get home. They may pick you up, but that's it. The young lady there said she would rake me home, but she was helping a person and they were having issues. The young man not so much. Make sure you have lots of money to go here. Nothing like freezing funds. I know out of town I have had deposits.. I have never had that being local. Thanks for another let down. Same man just called me to see if I was coming to get the car... then just hung up once I explained he had already turned me away.

  This enterprise location stands out above and beyond the rest. The team js professional, friendly, and constantly exceed expectations.. ebony, Paul, and all the new team members don’t miss a beat. Feels like a family every time I need to rent. Great job consistently. Keep it up.
