    Worst customer service by manager Jailyn Mays at 7191 Cypress Lake Dr in Ft Myers. I rented an economy car but when I arrived I was told that they only had a full size car. I told Jailyn that I rented a fuel efficient car and he told me that I had to take the ā€œupgradeā€ or he would cancel my contract. He was very rude and then cancelled the contract because I stated that I would contact customer service. He should be fired.

    As with many other reviews, I just read, had a terrible experience this AM with attempting to pick up a reserved mid-size SUV. I reserve certain sizes because we need room. In the lobby after accepting a smaller Full-size sedan,( not the reserved vehicle) I mentioned to my husband he will be on the floor ( truth ) and the man helping me immediately told me to not be negative ( in stern fashion ) to his customers. I explained I was speaking to my husband. He made more comments and I returned comments in the attitude they were given to me. ( he was not nice ) then proceeded to tell me because of my attitude he isn't renting the vehicle to me. We walked back to the dealership where my car was being serviced. Very sad that this location keeps over booking vehicles they dont have and treat you like garbage. 😢 I won't be back.

    I had a bad experience .I returned the car full of gas but they didn't pay attention and charge me for the gas.i complain .They didn't return me the money.

    We booked a van a month in advance for vacation with our small children. Showed up to pick it up and they just shrugged and said "we don't have it" and handed me my license back. No attempts to help find another car, no sympathy for the position they'd put us in. I've never had a worse experience with a rental location. They claimed to have tried calling an hour before pick up (as if that would have made it better) but I never got a call. They said it was a wrong number (I checked and it wasn't). "What do you want me to do" is not an acceptable reaponse to this situation. They were rude and dismissive. Please spare yourself being stranded without a car and NEVER use this location!

    A hole in the wall office tucked away behind TJ Maxx in back of Costco Plaza. (At one point I was literally driving on the lot BEHIND all the stores with the loading docks -- and that got me to where I needed to be. Both the manager (Jake?) and the Staff person (Hannah) were extremely helpful. My situation changed mid trip and they made the changes so easily. When I returned the car, they were kind enough to allow me to claim a lower daily rate because I had it so long. I’d definitely use them again. It’s tough to find parking when you get there, BUT the staff makes up for it.
