What kind of system is that? What do you expect me to do with such short notice. I shared this with my friends. And they mentioned it also happened to them before. Never using enterprise again. They ruined my trip, stressed me out and delayed me a couple hours. I'd rather pay double somewhere else.

We reserved a truck in advance, arrived on time, and were then informed we would need to wait an hour or more while they attempted to “find” the vehicle we had already booked. They had two full days to ensure availability and did absolutely nothing. As a direct result of their incompetence, we were late to our plans. That is not an inconvenience — that is a failure to deliver the most basic service they advertise. If you cannot guarantee a reserved vehicle, then you are misleading customers into wasting their time. A reservation at this Enterprise location means nothing. There was no urgency, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right — just excuses and indifference while customers sit and wait for problems that should have been resolved long before arrival. This is not how a national rental company should operate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely unless you are comfortable gambling your time, your schedule, and your plans on their dysfunction.
