    It was very quick and easy to get a car. Enterprise staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Car was spotless, got great gas mileage and worked perfectly for our family vacation!

    Booked the 7 seat SUV for my trip, when we Get there, the lady work at counter said no more car available. She said go check another rental car . So i went different branch to get another car with 5 seat with triple prices. The worst experience i ever had.

    Rented a Maxima from the RSW location for a 4-day stay in Naples. On day 2, the battery died! Called in for emergency road service, and after a couple hours, AAA arrived and jump started it, but wouldn’t replace the battery. Called Enterprise back and was told to swap the vehicle at an area Enterprise store. However, the THREE closest locations had NO VEHICLES available. So, I couldn’t use the vehicle for the remainder of my stay. On day 4, I tried to start it to get back to the airport, but the battery was dead - obviously. Called for emergency road service ‘again’ to get another jump-start. Arrived at RSW, angry as a hornet, and the attendant refunded the rental charge entirely. Well, thanks. But my trip was totally screwed without having a car. I expected some kind of credit for a future rental in light of my troubles, but was offered nothing. Ridiculously horrible customer service. Someone should have delivered a working vehicle to me at some point during this fiasco, but I guess that “Enterprise picks you up” motto is complete B.S.!!

    Reserved a Mercedes or similar SUV and after arriving late because of bad weather from our departure city they had no more available so gave us a Ford Explorer. Was told by the branch manager she would be giving us a $30 a day credit “ the difference” which never happened. The store doesn’t have a direct number to call so still after two and half weeks I’ve received no communication from the store manager nor customer service.

    I had an extremely poor and concerning experience with Enterprise. The first vehicle I was given had a broken trunk latch. While driving on I-75 in Fort Myers, the trunk would not close, forcing us to pull over on the side of the highway. We had to return to the airport to exchange the vehicle. Even the Enterprise employee who accepted the return could not close the trunk, which raises serious questions about why this vehicle was rented out in the first place. The replacement vehicle was no better. Shortly after leaving the airport, a warning light appeared indicating the vehicle had no coolant. We had to stop at an auto parts store to purchase coolant ourselves just to safely operate the car. While we were reimbursed, this again points to a lack of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance. To make matters worse, we are now being contacted about a damage claim on the first vehicle — a vehicle we returned within minutes of pickup specifically because it was already damaged. Receiving a letter late on a Friday demanding immediate insurance involvement, while no representatives were available to discuss or dispute the claim until Monday, feels unnecessarily aggressive and unfair. This experience left us feeling unsafe, stressed, and frustrated. Renting vehicles that are not road-ready and then attempting to shift responsibility onto the customer is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to thoroughly inspect any Enterprise vehicle before leaving the lot — and even then, be prepared for potential issues. I will not be renting from Enterprise again.
