The main customer service (who issued half credit back because I was right) kept sending me to the Fort Myers management, who never returned my call. I have not been made whole for their mistake (I am out over $100). Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. (Update after owner's response): Since I have reached out to customer service at least 11 times, if you are really interested in customer service, you can call me. You have my contact info.

When we come to pick up the car they say our rental was canceled on christmas eve but they cant say by who. We have not cancelled it and we have not received any info about a cancelation. My guess is that since we booked so early and had got a quite low price - they saw their chance to make more money by cancel our reservation. Since they had no Cars available we had to go to Sixt and the total price became 5 times as high! Stay away!

The staff also claimed that the trunk capacity of a crossover is the same as a minivan, which is false. Fortunately another family with a rental car from another company was able to take our bags for us. Avoid this rental car company.
