  I had to rent a car for a few days while mine was being fixed due to a fender bender, my insurance said I would get a discount with Enterprise, I didn't really care what kind of car ai got my only requirement was air conditioner since I live in Florida. They came and picked me up took me to the shop gave me the paperwork and I paid when I went out to get the car I was so surprised it was just an awesome looking car. A FULL SIZE Toyota Camery in the most unusual shade of blue. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! My car was finished 3 days earlier than expected so after only 2 days and 24 miles I took it back my $168 bill came out to $83 I was happy they took care of the refund and it all went so smoother. Thank you Enterprise for making a stressful situation for a 72 yr old woman easy peasy!

  Very disappointed with this place. I made a reservation a month before the date I needed the vehicle. We needed a vehicle that seats 8 so we can take the family to Siesta key and Sarasota for a vacation. Night before my pickup date I get emailed to confirm reservation: enter credit card info, driver's license number, etc. So obviously we feel like everything is set. We have BNB paid for, tickets for various attractions paid for, dinner reservations set. Then, a couple hours before my pickup time I get a call to tell me they (and no other enterprise in the area) has that vehicle. WHY TAKE A RESERVATION IF THAT'S THE CASE! Absolutely no care for a customer. I wish there was an option for negative stars. The too bad so sad attitude of who I talked to was just icing on the crap cake. My suggestion for someone who is planning something similar in the future, book a vehicle at every car place. That way you have a chance to have at least one of them being an honorable company.

  (Boy scout drive ft.myers,FL. Car sales) Lost my buisness before you even got it. A wonderful woman reached out with information regarding what they have and how the process works and I told her at this moment I couldnt make an appointment to come in because without knowledge of my financial situation, also only working with one vehicle, and juggling all my schedules I wasn't sure when I could come in and she understood but left me an open invitation to come see her and the location hours. Then last night at 730pm.......on a Saturday night, some jerk called pushing and pushing me to make an appointment. Just to shut him up I agreed to a time because what really set me off was when he said "my teams time is valuable"........im not disagreeing with you one bit but how dare you. My time is just as valuable #1. #2 I didn't plan to lose my car and inconvenience everyone around me including myself. And #3 I did my due diligence after speaking to the woman earlier in the week and looked at what u had to offer and had 4 cars I actually wanted to see so I didn't WASTE your teams time or mine going there but thank u for being such a jerk and making me feel unwelcome and more like an inconvenience because in this moment I dont already feel that way. Pretty sure he said he was the general manager in the beginning and I will not be coming in especially if customer service is that unwelcoming just from a phone call

  They Never honor there reservations! Second time 8be made reservations only to go there and be told they have no vehicles at all! Not offer me a different one. Nothing! Ridiculous!
