I reserved a premium vehicle specifically to pick up my family of seven from the airport, and when I got there, they said they didn’t have it only a sedan. That doesn’t even come close to fitting seven people. Why take reservations if you can’t honor them? Don’t waste your time calling either—they don’t answer, and if they do, they just put you on hold. This place is a joke.

- KDkell dunganFeb 5, 20261.0Rented a suv from this location and learned a lesson. Check all windows. I noticed a small crack on passenger side after renting. When I turned it the manager stated , “ you will get your deposit back after progressive handles the claim . You get 2 windshield fixes with your insurance. You should get your deposit between 10-14 days . They opened a claim with my insurance and still haven’t received a credit for my deposit! So not only bill my insurance but, keep my deposit as well . As a manager you lied and won’t get my 14 day rental this month! I’ll be glad to take my business elsewhere. S/N car was cleaner when I returned it than when I received it . I also found a pill of some kind so because sure to thoroughly check vehicle before leaving. I guess it could have been worse than a little windshield crack . The pill could’ve done more damage to my child or dog who were present. Enterprise mgr do better.
