    Julissa was super friendly and helpful throughout my visit; battery installation was swift and warranty was well explained . She was outstanding in her customer relations-,a credit to your company. This was my second visit to this store- by far the best experience I’ve had in any auto store.

    I used to go to this store because Matt the manager installed my new battery and light bulbs for the headlights. Now the old dude and the rest of the employees won't help you do anything to your cars anymore stating they're not allowed to. Well because of that, they lost me as a customer. If they aren't willing to go above and beyond the way they used to, then I'll go elsewhere from now on. Where's Matt?

    It was very good service, they attended us with great kindness, they helped us a lot and they solved the problem, John H was very gentlemanly and helpful, he gave us an incredible experience and very good attention, thank you very much John

    Extremely disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I was placed on hold for 33 minutes simply to confirm whether a part that showed “in stock” online was actually available. Driving to this location takes me approximately 40 minutes, which is exactly why I called ahead — to avoid wasting time unnecessarily. When I finally arrived, there were multiple employees visibly not assisting customers, some standing around and others on their personal phones. I did not hang up the call — I walked inside still on hold and showed them that I had been waiting on the line the entire time. The response I received was, “We were busy.” Busy? There were three employees not actively helping anyone. As a business owner, time is money. We are a company that relies on efficiency to serve our own clients professionally. Losing over an hour and a half between hold time and travel due to poor communication and lack of urgency is unacceptable. I have left excellent reviews for other AutoZone locations that demonstrate professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. Customer service, accountability, and basic phone courtesy should not be optional — especially for commercial clients who depend on accurate inventory information. We would like to update our previous experience and recognize the outstanding professionalism shown by William, the manager at this AutoZone location. After a very unpleasant situation that initially occurred during our visit, William personally reached out to us and took full responsibility for addressing the issue. From the very beginning, he demonstrated genuine concern, professionalism, and a strong commitment to resolving the matter in the best possible way. What truly stood out to us was not only his willingness to listen, but also his proactive attitude in making sure that our concerns were taken seriously and handled appropriately. His approach clearly reflects the qualities of a responsible and respectful team leader. We also made it clear during our conversation that our intention was never to seek disciplinary actions, financial penalties, or any form of punishment for the employees involved. Our only goal was to ensure that situations like the one we experienced would not happen again for other customers. Thanks to William’s professionalism, empathy, and leadership, we now feel completely satisfied with how the situation was handled. In fact, his response restored our confidence in the service and customer care provided by this AutoZone location. Leadership like William’s truly makes a difference, and we sincerely appreciate the time and effort he dedicated to resolving this matter in such a respectful and effective way. Thank you, William, for your professionalism and for representing your team with such responsibility and integrity
