I went in today at autozone 12/14/25 at 7:45pm to get my battery check for my vehicle. From the moment I walked in John welcomed me into the store. I waited for maybe 3 minutes in line since there was a customer in front of me. Once it was my turn i asked John if I could get a battery check and he said absolutely. From that moment on it was history. John was very respectful, knowledgeable and has amazing customer service. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or if the questions I was asking were dumb questions at all. He answered every single one of them. John went above and beyond and if anyone wants to have the best customer service in autozone please go see John H.
