Guys working don’t care about customers and can’t be bothered to engage or help. Came in last week for wiper blades.. guy at counter on his phone. Barely looked up when I said hello and asked how his day was. Today I brought a battery in to get it tested and maybe swap under warranty.. guy gave me a hard time from the get go.. saying there’s no way battery is dead, been doing this 20 years, he’s never seen it.. No problem, I say please test it. He says he needs at least an hour to test it (a 5 minute test tops.. and no other customers waiting) again no problem .. leave battery and phone number. 2 hours later I call to check.. hasn’t been tested and no idea that I’m waiting.. guy tests it while I’m on phone. Says come get it. I come pick it up .. store and lot empty.. guys just talking behind counter. Tell him I’m here for battery.. he slams it down on counter without saying anything. (it is heavy and maybe he couldn’t set it down) I ask did it test ok.. he says yeah. nothing else. Done with this place. AAA tested the battery before I brought it and they said it was bad. Gonna take it to another store where they care and check again. There’s too many stores around to deal with this. My advice .. choose on of them.

Friendly service is a key to bringing repeat business. He did his job and replaced the battery but other than the basic questions he didnt even acknowledge me.

They were unprofessional and unfriendly and it took fifteen minutes to pick up one small item with only one other customer in the store.
