  Had a great experience purchasing a new camper here. They worked with me on price and were very informative with the extra warranties I wanted. Would recommend anyone to go here looking for a new or used camper!

  Have been waiting since January 15th to get certain things on my Sabre 36dbb fixed. After a month I called and got still waiting on Forrest River to approve at which I replied I did not purchase through Forrest River I purchased at Camping World. March I got a call stating everything was approved and we will call you with install date. Mid March got a call saying March 26th. On March 24th got a call saying can't be there on 26th but will make sure April 2nd you will be only one put on schedule. So today is April 2nd and at 11am I called and Service department said yes he is on his way-- be there by 12 noon. At 1pm I called and they told me all these stops Tech had. I asked for Department manager to call me. An hour later and still waiting. So now I get a call saying there was a scheduling conflict and they will be here on 3rd to fix everything.

  I bought a travel trailer from Camping World and it is amazing. I love it. It has more features than what was listed on their website when they were selling it. The gentlemen that I did the finance paperwork was great. He was very nice and very honest. Fernando was my sales man and he is the true definition of a used care salesmen. Fernando was great until I signed the paperwork then all the promises he made disappeared. When we walked up to the camper Fernando immediately pointed to the propane tank cover and said were going to replace that because its faded out from the sun. I thought it was fine but he said it needed replaced. They made me pay thousands of dollars to have the travel trailer cleaned and to demo it for me. When the demo happened I saw the faded propane cover and asked her if they were still going to replace it, she got angry and said why do you want it replaced the new one will just fade to. I told her it was Fernando who wanted to replace it. Then she said you need to strap it down so it don't come off during transport. I have owned travel trailers before and so has most of my family and I have never had to strap it down. During the demo they did not show me everything and how to use it. They rushed the demo and their is a thermostat on the wall by the door and the woman doing the demo said and I quote "I don't know what this does so your going to have to figure it out yourself". They replaced the battery on the front of the hitch and didn't strap it down, so it fell off on the way home. I had to pull over and pick it up and reattach it. There is a wireless backup cam on my camper and I wanted it working for the transport home and to make sure it worked. I was told I have to get it working myself, I guess that's not part of the demo. The short woman doing the demo took me back into the shop to get the camera working, while I was getting it paired a tech came up to me and said customers are not allowed back here I have to leave. I told him the short demo woman took me back here and told me to pair the camera but he kick me out anyway. The point of this is DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Go somewhere else to buy your RV this place is filled with dishonest people and once you sign your nothing to them, they got what they wanted.

  I have tried for over a month to order a part. They never return your phone calls or email. When you do get someone in OEM parts they claim they need more info and then you never hear back. I called their competitor across the street and within two hours the window was quoted and ordered. Complete past of time!!!

  Absolutely terrible experience. Came in for propane (which they’re supposed to offer), only to be told it’s not available today l, with zero warning. The parking lot was a mess, RVs blocking the way, making it nearly impossible to get out with a large rig. I had to disconnect my towed vehicle and struggle for 20+ maneuvers just to leave. If you run an RV business, at least manage your lot properly and communicate when key services aren’t available. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating and they just don’t care.
