  They have four employees standing around to them outside to inside to help in customers. They still want me to do self check out and instead of going to the counter and doing it that way manager told employee to bring them to self check out and scan it for him I don’t work there. They have plenty of employees standing around. They want you to self check out trying to train their customers to do self check out so they don’t have to do the work. This company is going downhill. I walked out. Customer service is going by the wayside. Why do you need that many employees if you got to work yourself?

  Julissa is absolutely amazing!!!!! I have been there twice recently and had the pleasure of her helping me. She helped me sign up for emails and saved me $5 on my next visit! She is so kind and knew exactly what I was needing when I didn’t even know. So thankful she made, what I thought was going to be a bad car issue, into an easy fix and a great experience.   There are good shopping experiences, and then there are unforgettable ones—and mine falls squarely in the latter category because of John H. From the moment I started looking for the right product, John wasn’t just “helping” in the typical sense—he was fully invested in making sure I found exactly what I needed. At no point did I feel like just another customer—he treated the interaction like it mattered, and that made all the difference. John took the time to go outside and look at my car! 🙏🤍 It’s easy to credit a store or a product for a great experience, but in this case, the real standout is the person behind it. John H. is the kind of professional every company hopes to have on their team—someone who elevates the entire experience simply by being exceptional at what they do. If I could choose who to work with every time, it would be John. Simple as that.

  Today, I headed to Auto Zone for a new car remote battery, and to replace both my windshield wipers. The second I walked in the door I was welcomed, and the team inside seemed to be in a good mood. I didn’t have to wait long before a man named Jaden asked if he could help me. I explained what I needed, and he went right to work on my remote. While removing the battery, all the tiny components came out as well. Instead of him getting flustered, and an attitude while making me feel like it was my fault, (has happened to me before) he stayed calm, and smiling. Within a couple minutes he had meticulously put everything back together. Then he offered to do my windshield wipers, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. The whole experience was one of the reasons why I’ll continue to patronize this AutoZone location specifically. Thanks again, Jaden.

  John H. at the Fort Myers, Six Mile Cypress Pkwy and Route 41 location went above and beyond to help me find the correct windshield wiper blades for my Jeep. He was friendly and funny. He even put them on for me as a courtesy. AutoZone is where I always go for my basic vehicle needs not only because they have what I need but they are willing to help you find what you’re looking for. Thank you, John H. And AutoZone for your excellent customer service and care!
