  AMINE AND JEFF ARE TOP TIER!! Excellent customer service at Sixt at Ft.lauderdale Airport in Hollywood Florida! Amine was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation caused by airline issues. He took his time to assist me and helped calm me down, which I truly appreciated. Jeff also made sure everything was satisfactory and helped with retrieving the vehicle, making the process smooth and easy. Top-tier service—this is exactly how customer service should be!

  I took my family on a vacation beginning October 5th ending October 9th. We decided to rent a car from Sixt rent a car in Tampa international and drove it to Ft Lauderdale Airport . Rented vehicle had noted damage that we mentioned to the sixt representative which included damage on the door, by the headlight by the bumper and some minor cosmetics on the inside of the vehicle but didn’t look under the car LITERALLY under the front bumper of the car. However, I took photos before driving off with the vehicle. I spoke with the representative and they stated that all damage has been noted. We took a few pictures of the door and headlight and drove the vehicle to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. We arrive at the airport the representatives look at the car and say everything is fine. A few days later I receive a email stating the car is damaged and I’m responsible after MULTIPLE representatives look over the vehicle. I then respond and submit photos of the car being already damaged when I received it. They refuse to remove it and stopped responding to my emails. I then rent another car from Sixt when I return from vacation( only available company). They obviously were not honest on the first rental car so I take EXTENSIVE videos and pictures of every single area of the car and they ONCE AGAIN TRY CHARGING ME FOR DAMAGES ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE. This time it didn’t work and they removed the charge. I told them they are trying to scam me due to doing the same scam 3 days prior. I asked for the 1st scam to be removed again and they refused and did not respond.

  On March 16, 2026 all flights were canceled due to a storm passing through the eastern part of the country. I was on my way home from a 11 day cruise leave from FLL to ATL. After quickly booking a car from SIXT and standing in the super long line Jade was able to honor my reservation and I was able to rent a car to drive home to ATL. Jade was very patient and compassionate throughout this very chaotic day and I am so grateful for her help and kindness. If you are ever in Fort Lauderdale rent from SIXT and ask for Jade. She is the best!!!

  I had expected a the SUV I paid for! I received a giant 4-door Jeep that was difficult to get in and out of. When I asked all they did was try to "sell" me an upgrade instead of just giving me something akin to what I rented. They had their chance and at a point it wasn't worth arguing with the gentleman behind the counter. At over 70 years old a Jeep is not an appropriate vehicle and he should have known that! Sixt had one chance with me, now back to National.

  Flight got canceled because of weather so we needed up having to drive over 18 hours to get to the rental car place in the airport called 3 different times as well as updated the app a long the way was told each time our car would be there as long as we got there that night . Once we arrived we were told the car was gone and that they didn’t have anything to meet the requirements of the vehicle we booked. So we were told that they were filing a report and in 48 hours we would have a refund, we called and made a report ourselves to double down on the fact we did not leave with a car, 4 days later we were charged another $200 and still no refund when we called they had no recollection of our refund and played dumb. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY! We are still fighting for our refund.
