They were so understanding and even gave our kids sunglasses and our whole family water. This is why we will come back here and certainly not the place down the road!

My flight was delayed and it took over an hour to get out of the airport to their off site location. They charged me an additional $410 and took and extra hour to get the car. I had enough on my credit card and it declined the $500 holding fee. This led to being additionally late to our hotel at 1 Am. Now Im losing my hotel room I prepaid. I tried to pay the high fee and kept getting declined. I walked out to take shuttle back to the airport and I was able to book another rental with Fox on the same card. No issue
