After standing at an empty desk for 7 minutes, the hotel concierge who saw me waiting knocked on a nearby door, the Sixt rental agent emerged, and then placed a notice on the desk saying to call a phone number. When I commented "That would have been helpful to know 7 minutes ago," she gave me a snarky "Well, I'm sorry you had to wait 7 minutes." I don't need the attitude. I have no problem waiting my turn in line, but not because you forgot to put a notice on the desk while you're away. Will not use this location again. Previous experience there was good, fully staffed, polite and responsive interaction. Next time I'll book with a cheaper alternative since I'm not expecting excellent customer service from Sixt any more. To make it worse, they failed to send me a customer satisfaction survey after rental was completed. I contacted their customer service to ask why no survey and they said to send them an e-mail. So don't believe their self-published customer survey results.
